We follow the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) law, which was formerly known as the Queensland Building Services Authority (QBSA). This new regulation came into effect as at the 01/12/2013 after a regulatory review of QBSA. This regulation stipulates that we can do works up to $3,300 including materials for building and construction type jobs.
